| 摘 要： | 保证高校大学生党员质量,全方位构建新形势下大学生党员质量保障体系,这是无产阶级政党自身建设的要求。以大学生党员质量的哲学内涵为切入点,通过对大学生党员质量保障的现实困境研究,探索建立大学生党员质量保障体系的战略意义和现实意义,构建以科学发展观为指导思想,以党员质量评价管理机制为手段,坚持以人为本的高校大学生党员质量保障体系,促进高校学生党建工作的科学化水平。

| Abstract: | The system construction of undergraduate Party member quality guarantee is obligatory to the self-building of the proletariat party.Starting from the philosophical connotation of the undergraduate Party member quality,this paper deals with the strategic and realistic significance of setting up such a guarantee system and attempts to scaffold a people-centered guarantee system under the guidance of Scientific Development Conception and with the support of the Party member quality evaluation mechanism on the basis of analysis on the difficult situation of undergraduate Party membership development. |
