“有漏洞的二分域模型”在研究外源雌激素对母羊生殖生理影响中的应用

在研究激素类物质在动物体内代谢特征的基础上,建立了“有漏洞的二分域模型”及其通解公式。通过放射性标记物测定或直接用精密仪器测试血液中激素物质数量的变化可计算出分域物质流通的各项参数,从而了解该类物质代谢、积累的规律。用此方法研究激素类物质在动物体内代谢是可行的,可极大地节省试验成本。结合动物解剖实验观察,可建立相应的器官病灶变化与血液内这类物质含量间的关系,从而可以预防和监控草地牧草、饲料中这类物质对家畜生长发育的影响。

Application of the Model of Two Compartments with Leak for Study of Exogenous Hormone to Reproductive Physiology in Female Sheep

Based on the analyses of the characteristics of "the model of two compartment" and exogenous hormone metabolism,we established the model of two compartment with leak for female sheep.This paper discussed how to use the model to study the effect of exogenous hormone on reproductive physiology in female sheep.From determining the ratio of labeled hormone metabolism from sheep's hemoid,the hormone excretion pattern could be easily obtained in female sheep.So the amount of hormone excretion could be calculated,from the sheep's blood,the excretion amount in the actual estimation of true exogenous hormone in feedstuff or diet.This method could be used to study hormone affection to animal metabolism.
