高压低容量树木注干机的研制

研制的适于林木、城市园林和果树病虫害防治的注药机,具有定量注射,注射速度快,注射后无回流,操作方便,工作效率高,实用性强的特点。在总结国内外树干注药方式基础上,进一步研究针头和树干界面液体传输机理,研制了新式注射针头,使其进针、退针容易,与树体密封性好,解决药液外漏问题;出药孔垂直,使药液按树干导管方向进入树体,便于药液传导,同时对加压方式也进行设计研究。林间实验证明,研制的树木注干机工作效率高、实用性强,适于林木、城市园林和果树病虫害防治,可以大规模推广和应用。

Study on a High Pressure and Low Capacity Tree Trunk Injector

Injection machines suitable for the pest control of urban garden,trees and fruit trees have characteristics of quantitative injection,injection speed,no backflow after the injection,convenient operation,high efficiency and strong practicability.In the basis of summarizing the trunk note medicine way in domestic and foreign,this paper further studied the mechanism of needle and trunks interface liquid transmission.We researched new needles with easy needle and back needle,good sealing,no liquids leakage.There was vertical medicine outlet,which make liquid medicine into the tree according to the catheter direction of trunk.At the same time,we design and research the pressure ways.Through the experiments,we proved that injection machines can be promoted and applied for a large-scale because of high efficiency working,strong practicability,suitable for the pest control of urban garden,trees and fruit trees.
