摘    要:阐述了旋流管内流体运动的规律,分析了马铃薯淀粉旋流分离的内在机理及特点,通过单级试验,具体分析了旋流管的压降、底流直径和进料浓度对处理量、底流分离和淀粉分离效率的影响,为系统研究提供了依据。

Abstract:A mini hydrocyclone is the key element in a multistage hydrocyclones system for potato starch separation. A good understanding of its features in the flowfield and of its performance is necessary for deep study on the whole system. In this paper, the flow pattern within mini hydrocyclone was given. The mechanism and characteristic of a hydrocyclone for potato starch separation were analyzed. The relationships between working parameters and performance of the hydrocyclones, which was measured by feed flowrate, underflow percentage, and separation efficiency were found out through single stage experiments. All the works are helpful to the further study on the whole separation system.
