不同酶制剂组合在环颈雉育雏中的应用效果

研究酶制剂的 3种组合作为饲料添加剂 ,在环颈雉育雏中的应用效果。Ⅰ组为对照组 ,仅饲喂基础日粮 ;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组 ,分别在基础日粮中添加 0 5 %纤维素酶 +0 5 %中性蛋白酶 ,0 3%纤维素酶 +0 3%淀粉酶 +0 4 %中性蛋白酶 ,0 2 %纤维素酶 +0 2 %淀粉酶 +0 2 %植酸酶 +0 4 %中性蛋白酶。经 2 1d试验 ,结果表明 ,Ⅱ组平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组平均日增重极显著高于Ⅰ组 (P <0 0 1) ;同时各试验组料重比均低于Ⅰ组 ,且Ⅲ、Ⅳ组达显著水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ;各试验组体尺 (体长、翅长、尾长 )增长也大于Ⅰ组 ,且Ⅲ、Ⅳ组达显著水平 (P <0 0 5 )。此外 ,各试验组成活率明显高于Ⅰ组。在试验组中进行综合比较 ,以Ⅳ组应用效果最好

Effect of Applying Different Combinations of Enzyme Preparations on Raising Young Pheasants

Young pheasants in groupⅠwere fed a basal diet, birds in group Ⅱ?Ⅲ?Ⅳ were fed the same basal supplemented with 0 5% cellulose enzyme + 0 5% neutral protein enzyme;0 3% cellulose enzyme + 0 3% starch enzyme + 0 4% neutral protein enzyme;0 2% cellulose enzyme+0 2% starch enzyme + 0 2% phytase+0 4% neutral protein enzyme, respectively Results showed that the average daily weight gain of group Ⅱwas significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ( P <0 05), the average daily weight gain of group Ⅲ?Ⅳ were much significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ( P <0 01); in the meantime, the ratio of feed to body weight (w/w) of each experimental group was lower than that of groupⅠ, and group Ⅲ?Ⅳ reached significant level( P <0 05); the increases of body measurements (body length?wing length?tail length) were also bigger than those of groupⅠ, and group Ⅲ?Ⅳ reached significant level ( P <0 05) In addition, the survival rate of each experimental group was higher than tnat of group Ⅰobviously In general, the results of group Ⅳ was best in experimental groups
