复合微生物制剂在异育银鲫养殖方面的应用研究

摘    要:在异育银鲫养殖水体中添加复合微生物制剂,对其底部水质、藻类种类及异育银鲫的生长情况进行测定,结果表明:复合微生物制剂对改良养殖水体作用明显,其显著降低NH3-N、NO2-、COD等水产养殖有害因子的含量,增加溶解氧及缓冲pH值;藻类的种类和比例发生了变化,复合微生物制剂的加入有利于单细胞藻类(硅藻、裸藻等)成为优势种群并能促进异育银鲫生长,提高其产量。

Abstract:The effects of microbiological compounds added to the stimulant ponds of main culture allogynogenetic sliver crucian carp on bottom water quality,kinds of algae and growth status of Gibel carps were examinied.The results showed that:(1) it is evident that microbiological compounds could meliorate the water quality,decrease the amount of some factors such as NH3-N,NO2-,COD,and increase the dissolved oxygen and buffering the pH;(2) the categories and proportion of algaes varied and adding of microbiological compounds demonstrated superiority for both making the unicellular algae predominanct group and promoting growth of allogynogenetic sliver crucian carp as well as increasing its yields.
