低温与GA_3对萝卜种子发芽的影响

1997年7－8月，以低温冷藏及赤霉素液浸泡处理萝卜种子，采用吸湿培养法作发芽试验。结果表明，低温后热能解除部分萝卜种子的休眠，结合赤霉素液处理可提高萝卜种子的发芽率和种子活力。

Studies on Germination Effect of Radish Seeds Treated by Low-temperature and GA_3

Radish seeds were treated by storing in low temperature and saturating in GA3 solution. Thegermination test was carned out by an absorbent method from July, 1997 The resultshowed that dormancy of radish was cancelled partly by low temperature postmature, and that thegermination rate and vigour of radish seeds were increased by treating in CA3 solution
