摘    要:以抗冷性较强和较弱的6个青椒品种为试材,分析青椒品种苗期和花期在8,12,15和25℃温度处理下叶片脱落酸的含量变化。结果表明,无论是在苗期还是花期,脱落酸含量均随处理温度下降而上升,且其含量变化在8和12℃时与青椒抗冷性呈显著或极显著正相关

Effect of Low Temperature Stress on ABA Contents of Sweet Pepper during Seedling and Florescence
Abstract:This experiment used sweet pepper chill - tolerant varieties 92 - 0 - 3, Xianguan NO. 7,Zhong NO.3 and chill - sensitive varieties 92 - 0 - 1, 92 - 6 - 2 and Mounong NO. 1 as major materials,studied relations of these six species between ABA contents and chill tolerant of pepper seedling and florescence under different temperatures of 8℃, 12℃, 15℃ and 25℃. The results showed that with the treatment temperature decreasing, ABA contents were increased, which had significant or more significant positive correlations with pepper chill tolerance under 8℃ and 12℃ during seeding and flowering phase
