| 摘 要： | 随着各种新型DNA分子标记的出现,带动了SSR指纹图谱技术的快速发展.长期以来,玉米种子质量问题成为玉米产业发展的限制因素,随着生物技术的发展,SSK指纹图谱在玉米种子鉴定中的作用成为研究热点.本文着重介绍了指纹图谱的概念、分析方法和作用等几个方面的内容.

| Abstract: | DNA fingerprinting technologies have been rapidly developed with the appearance of kinds of new SSR molecular markers recently.Quality of maize seed restricted the developing of maize industry over a long period of time.Application of DNA fingerprinting in identification of maize seed became research hotspot along with developing of biology technology.Conception,analysis method and use and etc were mainly reviewed in this paper. |
