摘    要:首次运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对蕊木(Kopsia lancibracteolata Merr.)茎皮脂溶性成分进行分析,应用色谱峰面积归一化法定量分析各成分的相对百分含量,共分离鉴定出43个化合物,占其总量的80.45%。含量较高的分别是反式-2-癸烯醛(10.29%)、β-香树脂醇(10.04%)、2...

Abstract:The liposoluble components were extracted from Kopsia lancibracteolata Merr.from the stem bark by petroleum ether extraction.The chemical constituents of the liposoluble components were first analyzed by(GC-MS),43 chromatographic peaks were separated and 43 compounds were identified,occupying 80.45% of total amount.The main chemical components of the liposoluble components were(E)-2-Decenal(10.29%),β-Amyrin(10.04%),2-Undecenal(8.61%),Hop-22(29)-en-3-β-ol(5.49%),Palmitic acid(5.30%).The bioassay indicated that the liposoluble components from the stems and barks of Kopsia lancibracteolata Merr.possessed antioxidant activity,with the IC 50 value of 0.83 mg/mL.
