| 摘 要： | 利用凯氏消煮炉（型号：K-424）和远红外消煮炉（型号：LWY848型控温式）两种消煮仪器对甘蔗植株样品进行消煮后,分别测定全氮、全磷、全钾含量,并用多项式曲线拟合比较测定结果。结果表明：远红外消煮制备待测液测定甘蔗植株养分全氮（半微量蒸馏定氮）、全氮（扩散定氮）、全磷、全钾测定值拟合曲线的决定系数（R2）分别：0.719 1、0.758 7、0.329 7、0.656 8;而凯氏消煮的决定系数（R2）分别：0.767 2、0.759 5、0.4758、0.556 0。
