烟色离褶伞生物学特性研究

摘    要:烟色离褶伞最适培养条件是葡萄糖作为碳源,蛋白胨作为氮源,C/N调整到40:1,最适pH为6,最适培养温度25℃。烟色离褶伞为变温出菇型食用菌,最适出菇温度(17±5)℃,最适出菇光照度300Ix~500Ix。烟色离褶伞腐生类型和鸡腿菇相似,应为草腐菌类,人工栽培时宜选用纤维素和半纤维素为主的栽培原料。

Abstract:Dextrose as carbon source, peptone as nitrogen source and C/N ratio to 40:1, pH 6, temperature 25 ℃ are optimal mycelium cultural conditions of Lyophyllum fumosum. Alternating temperature induced fruiting body, and the optimal producing mushroom conditions are temperature (17±5)℃ and illuminance 300 lx-500lx. It is a straw-decay type mushroom just like Co- prinus comatus. The optimal cultivation substrates are materials rich in cellulose and hemicellulose.
