| Abstract: | Abstract ： There has been a big gap between the numbers of the forest land of reality and planning for a long time. The au- thor proposes such suggestions as starting from legislation, idea alternation, raising awareness, rationalizing system, per- forming duties effectively, and putting the planning for forest land protection and utilization in Jiangsu into practice. |
