| 摘 要： | 介绍已建小区实施智能化改造方案,技术改造的媒介为有线电视同轴电缆和电话线,利用电话线进行智能化改造具有一些特色,该技术采用频分技术,一条电话线可同时传输语音和数据,电话和数据可以同时使用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the intellectualized rebuilt schemes of built housing zone. The medium of rebuilt technology is coaxial cable of CATV and telephone line. There are some characteristics in rebuilding using telephone line. It using frequency division technology so that voice and data can use same telephone line and telephone and data can be used at the same time. |
