| 摘 要： | 创建资源节约型企业和发展循环经济的关系是密不可分的。循环经济是创建资源节约型企业的重要理论基础，要将循环经济理念贯穿于创建资源节约型企业的全过程。文章简要地概括了循环经济理念的主要观点，界定了资源节约型企业的内涵，依照循环经济理念提出创建资源节约型企业的模式选择和创建思路。

| Abstract: | Building resource-conserving enterprise is closely related to development of circular economy. Circular economics is the important theoretical basis of building resource-conserving enterprise. The whole process of building resource-conserving enterprise should be guilded by circular economic concept. In this paper, the major viewpoints of circular economics are summarized, the intension of resource-conserving enterprise is defined, the mode and approach to build resource-conserving enterprise are proposed according to circular economic concept. |
