| 摘 要： | 以吉林市为例,利用GIS和计算机技术进行三维数字城市的建设和管理,设计并实现了吉林市三维数字城市基础平台原型系统.系统集成了数字城市专项应用子系统中最基本、复用度最高的部分,实现的核心内容包括空间数据处理、场景控制、系统授权与安全控制.通过专项应用子系统对基础平台原型系统数据库及功能模块的复用,有效地减少了整个系统的数据冗余,降低了系统的开发难度和工作量,对海量城市地理信息系统的建设和管理具有一定的借鉴.
