| 摘 要： | 以池杉Taxodium ascendens Brongn.和乌桕Sapium sebiferum(Linn.)Roxb.当年实生幼苗为材料,通过人为控水进行淹水胁迫,设置了对照组CK和水淹组,测定了两树种生长及生理生化等方面的指标.结果表明:淹水胁迫结束后,两树种水淹组幼苗主根长、主(粗)根数、地径、株高和株质量都显著(p<0.05)低于对照组,而乌桕在长期淹水胁迫后各生长指标(株质量除外)比池杉降低的程度更大.两树种叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的质量分数也发生了显著变化,到试验结束时,池杉幼苗叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的质量分数分别比对照组降低41.28%和35.38%;而乌桕幼苗比对照组降低68.10%和59.19%.随着淹水胁迫时间的延长,叶片丙二醛(MDA)质量分数呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先降后升趋势,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性则一直低于对照水平.
