摘    要:为探讨虾脊兰属植物的遗传多样性,从100个随机RAPD引物中筛选出14个多态性较好的引物对15份虾脊兰野生种进行了分析,结果表明:14个RAPD引物共扩增出254条带,其中多态性带243条,多态性比率为95.67%;15份虾脊兰野生种间的遗传相似系数的变幅从0.258 8到0.684 8,平均值为0.471 8,表明虾脊兰属植物的遗传多态性较丰富.按UPGMA法对供试材料进行聚类分析,将15份虾脊兰野生种分为三大类,这与其所生长的地理环境及海拔高度有较好的一致型.
