| 摘 要： | 工程总造价对房地产总投资起决定性的影响。建设工程造价是房地产开发总投资的重要组成部分,本文从探讨影响房地产工程造价,分析了建设过程中的三个重要因素,即：投资决策阶段对工程造价的影响、设计阶段对工程造价的影响、施工阶段对工程造价的影响。
