| 摘 要： | 由于森林采伐过度，森林资源多样性遭到破坏，严重威胁生态平衡。为收集保存珍稀濒危树种和主要造林树种种质资源，建立林木种质资源库，保持森林植物物种和种内的种质资源多样性和连续性，笔者就种质基因资源收集保存方法和开发利用提出粗浅的看法。

| Abstract: | The authors raised several superficial views on the collective method，preservative method and develop-mental utilization of germplasm gene resources in order to collect and preserve precious，rare and endangered speciesas well as germplasm resources of main planting；pecies，establish forest tree germplasm resource pools ans maintainthe diversity and continuity of forest plant species and intraspecific germplasm resources. |
