宁夏中部地区资源开发中的非整体性问题

宁夏中部地区是宁夏乃至全国的土地资源及能源的重点开发区域 ,其生态环境具有鲜明的过渡性、复杂性和脆弱性。文章通过对该区域资源开发历程与生态环境变迁的分析 ,指出 :人们在资源开发过程中的非整体性行为 ,是造成森林退缩、草场退化、土地沙化、水土流失与土壤盐渍化等一系列生态环境问题的主要原因 ,只有建立起全局性、整体性的资源开发与管理模式 ,才能实现该区域的可持续发展。

Preliminary Studies On The Non-Integral Property Problems Of The Resources Exploiting In The Middle Area Of Ningxia Province

The middle area of Ningxia is an important development area because of rich in land and energy resources.The eco-environment is obviously transition,complication and weakness.According to the analyses of the process of the resources exploiting and the change of eco-environment,it was pointed out that people's non-integral property activity caused a lot of ecological problems such as forest and grassland degeneration ,soil erosion and land desertification,etc.Only a mode for developing and managing resources entirely and completely were built,the sustainable development of this regain could come true.
