单缸4气门1110柴油机的研发

在2气门1110柴油机的基础上,成功开发了4气门1110柴油机。试验结果表明,该柴油机与原2气门1110柴油机相比,功率提高了15％,标定点燃油耗降低了4％,动力性和经济性显著提高。

Study on four valves 1110 single-cylinder diesel engine

According to the technical characters of single-cylinder diesel engine, the measure of improving its performance using four-valve technique is put forward. Base on the 1110 two-valve diesel engine, the position of four valves is optimized, separate intake port and joint exhaust port is designed, the simulation and experimental match of port is carried out; the valve-train system and cylinder head is redesigned, 1110 four-valve diesel engine is developed successfully. The testresults show that contrast to 1110 two-valve diesel engine,the 1110 four-valve diesel engine's power increase 15% ,fuel consumption decrease 4% ,both dynamic and economical performance are improved observably.
