| 摘 要： | 根据测量不确定度的评定与表示方法,针对氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定粮食中的铅含量结合实际作了探索,对其不确定度分量、合成标准不确定度与扩展不确定度进行了评定,得出铅含量为0.166 mg/kg的粮食样品扩展不确定度为0.000338 mg/kg.该方法测定粮食中铅含量不确定度的主要来源为标准曲线的拟合.

| Abstract: | This paper is to evaluate the component of uncertainty,synthetical standard and expanded uncertainty for determining the plumbum content in stored grain by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.It was showed that the expanded uncertainty was 0.000338mg/kg in the stored grain which plumbum content is 0.166mg/kg.The evaluation indicated that the fitting of standard curve was the main source of uncertainty of plumbum content in grain. |
