摘    要:以抗虫棉品种为材料,研究了不同浓度水杨酸(SA)浸种不同时间对棉花种子萌发的影响。结果表明,低浓度(0~0.2 mmol/L)SA能够显著提高棉花种子发芽率和发芽势,大于0.2 mmol/L SA处理对种子的发芽促进作用呈下降趋势,高浓度(>1.0 mmol/L)SA处理对种子的发芽呈抑制作用;在同一SA浓度下,浸种时间为24 h较48 h发芽率高。研究认为水杨酸浸种对棉花种子的萌发有一定的影响,0.2 mmol/L SA浸种24 h对提高棉花种子发芽率最好。

Abstract:The effects of seed-soaking with different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA) on the seed germination of insect-resistant cotton were studied.The results showed that low concentration of SA(0~0.2 mmol/L) could significantly increase the germination rate and germination potential of cotton seeds,and high concentration of SA(>1.0 mmol/L) significantly suppressed the germination of cotton seeds.Under the same concentration of SA,the seed germination rate in the treatment whose seed-soaking time was 24 h was higher than that in the treatment whose seed-soaking time was 48 h.This experiment indicated that soaking the seeds of insect-resistant cotton with 0.2 mmol/L SA for 24 h was the best for the seed germination.
