摘    要:已有研究表明,利用从烟叶表面分离得到的微生物对烟叶进行发酵,可以改善烟叶的品质,在烟草生产中具有重要的应用潜力。本研究采用平板画线法,从烟叶、茶叶和笋干上分离得到细菌38株,并将这些菌株应用于烟叶发酵,根据烟叶化学成分和感官评吸对细菌处理的效果进行评价。结果发现,从烟叶上分离到的YX3、YX11和YX12等10个菌株可提高烟叶品质。对其中一个优良菌株(YX37)进行分子鉴定,结果表明其属于芽苞杆菌属。本研究结果证明了从烟叶表面分离烟叶发酵有益细菌的可行性和有效性,为细菌在烟草生产上的应用打下基础。

Abstract:Previous research has shown that using microbes isolated from the surface of tobacco leaves for tobacco leaf fermentation could improve tobacco leaf quality,therefore,this method has an important potential of application in tobacco production.In this study,thirty-eight bacterial strains were isolated from flue-cured tobacco leaves,tea leaves and dried bamboo shoots using streak plate method and were applied to flue-cured tobacco fermentation.The effects of these bacterial strains on tobacco leaf quality were compared based on chemical component analysis and sensory evaluation of the tobacco leaves treated.The results indicated that treatment with 10 strains isolated from tobacco leaves,namely YX3,YX15,YX12 etc.,could apparently improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves.ITS sequence analysis suggested that one of the elite strains YX37 belongs to genus Bacillus.The results of this study demonstrates the feasibility and effectivity of isolating beneficial bacteria from the surface of tobacco leaves for tobacco leaf fermentation and will promote the application of bacteria in tobacco production.
