| 摘 要： | 目前在已报道的检测高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基1Dx5的PCR分子标记中，由引物Dx-F，Dx5-F和Dx-R组成的共显性标记，能稳定地扩增出5亚基和非5亚基的特异序列，并且无非特异PCR产物，是用于高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基1Dx5分子检测的最理想标记。本次实验利用此对引物, 通过PCR技术对221份小麦亲本进行了1Dx5亚基检测。结果表明，在所检测的材料中有35份材料携带1Dx5亚基，占所测材料总数的16.3%，远低于国外的基因频率（约85%）。

| Abstract: | At present, reported at detection of HMW-GS 1Dx5 molecular markers, the marker, composed of three primers Dx-F, Dx5-F and Dx-R, is a specific co-dominant PCR marker for 1Dx5 subunit, and has no non-specific amplicon.
