黄淮麦区部分小麦品种(系)1Dx5+1Dy10的分子检测与分析

摘    要:目前在已报道的检测高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基1Dx5的PCR分子标记中,由引物Dx-F,Dx5-F和Dx-R组成的共显性标记,能稳定地扩增出5亚基和非5亚基的特异序列,并且无非特异PCR产物,是用于高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基1Dx5分子检测的最理想标记。本次实验利用此对引物, 通过PCR技术对221份小麦亲本进行了1Dx5亚基检测。结果表明,在所检测的材料中有35份材料携带1Dx5亚基,占所测材料总数的16.3%,远低于国外的基因频率(约85%)。

Abstract:At present, reported at detection of HMW-GS 1Dx5 molecular markers, the marker, composed of three primers Dx-F, Dx5-F and Dx-R, is a specific co-dominant PCR marker for 1Dx5 subunit, and has no non-specific amplicon. It was strongly recommended to be used in wheat molecular assistant selection (MAS) breeding for good bread-marking quality.
