| 摘 要： | 农药在农业发展、有害生物综合治理和农业可持续发展中的作用是巨大的。随着其登记、审核制度的健全，使用者素质的提高，器械的改进及新剂型、新品种的开发、使农药的负面影响持续下降，不再成为限制农药使用的理由。在２１世纪，农药仍将发挥作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the great cont ributions of pesticides to agriculture,the posit ion of pesticides in int egrated pest management(IPM) or sustainable dev elopment strategy as well as the achievements made in decreasing negative effects of pesticides and the possibilities for further decreasing were reviewed.All these indicate that the negative effects of pesticides will no longer be the reason to limit pesticides administration and pesticides will continue to work for agriculture in 21st century. |
