人工林杉木高温干燥与常规干燥的比较研究

摘    要:该文就人工林杉木的高温干燥与常规干燥进行了对比研究.简要介绍了干燥试验过程,并对木材干燥质量、干燥周期与干燥能耗进行了对比.结果表明,对于25和50mm厚杉木板材的高温干燥均比常规干燥的干燥周期短、干燥能耗低,且50mm厚板的干燥周期与能耗较常规干燥减小得更加显著;干燥质量方面,高温干燥与常规干燥在含水率分布上无显著差别,但50mm厚杉木板材内裂发生较多,且变形较大;木材材色方面,高温干燥较常规干燥有所加深.

Abstract:The high-temperature (HT) drying and conventional drying were comparatively studied for Chinese fir plantation. The drying process, drying quality, drying period and energy consumption were briefly summarized. The results show that for both 25 and 50 mm_thick lumber the drying period is shorter and energy consumption is lower by HT drying than those by conventional drying, and the difference for 50 mm-thick lumber is more evident. As for the drying quality, the cupping of lumber is more severe in HT drying than that in conventional drying, and there is no difference between both drying methods in moisture content and its distribution; the internal checks exist in the drying of 50 mm-thick lumbers, and the color of lumber is darkened after HT drying.
