| 摘 要： | 对国内外果蔬气调保鲜运输技术与装备的发展动态进行了研究;系统总结和分析了不同类型气调系统的工作原理和研究现状;对气调保鲜装备的流场进行了分析;结合果蔬保鲜运输要求,特别是我国农业发展现状,指出了适合我国国情的果蔬气调保鲜运输技术与装备的发展趋势,为我国果蔬气调保鲜运输技术的研究与发展提供了参考。
