细菌对红谷霉素的耐药性检测

摘    要:用4种供试细菌对红谷霉素的耐药性作了一初步检测,通过试验发现随着传代次数的增加,4种供试菌对该种抗菌物质会产生一定的耐药性,但4种供试菌的产生耐药性的强度不同,其中金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性最强。但是与林可霉素相比,其耐药性的产生是很慢的。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the drugresistance of bacterium for Honggumycin.In the experiment,four bacterial were tested.The result showed that the drugresistance of bacterium for Honggumycin improved with the times of the bacterial generating.But the drugresistance intensity of the four bacteria was different.In all of the four tested bacteria,Staphalococcus aureus had the strongest drugresistance.However,their drugresitances for Honggumycin were much less compared with those for lincolmensin.
