| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代韩国开始的新村运动较为成熟的理念与方法对重庆市新农村建设具有一定的借鉴意义.通过研究韩国新村运动概况及新村运动中农村人力资源开发的措施后认为,重庆市农村人力资源开发应从转变观念,加强政府主导作用,优先发展教育,完善职业教育体系,发挥社会组织的作用等方面开发农村人力资源.
