| 摘 要： | 本试验以ＥＭＳ为诱变剂处理薏苡种子，结果表明，ＥＭＳ能引起薏苡根尖细胞染色体畸变，同时对出苗率、苗高、根尖、根数和过氧化物酶活性都有不同程度的损伤效应。

| Abstract: | Coix lacrymajobi L seeds were treated with a mutagen EMS. The resuilts indicated that EMS could induce chromosomal aberration of root tip cell and different damage effect of seedling ratio,seedling height,root length,root number and peroxidase activity. |
