大石早生李花芽分化研究

为了解大石早生李的花芽分化过程和时期，以４ａ生大石早生李为试材，采用石蜡切片的方法，于１９９６￣１９９７年对其花芽分化进行了较系统的观察研究。结果表明：大石早生李花芽形态分化自６月初开始至１０月底结束，分化盛期集中在７￣９月份，花芽分化可分为分化初期，花蕾分化期，萼片分化期，花瓣分化期，雄蕊分化期，雌蕊分化期６个时期，共需１５０ｄ。

STUDIES ON THE FLOWER BUD DIFFERNTIATION OF DASHI EARLY RIPENING PLUM

By means of paraffin cut sections ,the process of floral bud differentiation was studied with 4 year old trees of Dashi early ripening plum from 1996 to 1997.The results show that floral bud differentiation starts by the beginning of June and by the end of Octomber with abundance in July to September ,dividing into the early differential period ,the alabastrum differential period ,the sepal differential period,the petal differential period,the stamen differential period,the pistil differential period .The whole process takes about 150 days .
