闽北常绿阔叶林土壤微生物学特性的研究

摘    要:选择闽北地区较有代表性的建瓯万木林自然保护区长期受保护的 (近 60 0 a)的中亚热带森林 ( conserved forest,CF)和顺昌县元坑镇近期 ( 50年代以来 )受人为干扰破坏的退化森林( degraded forest,DF)作为研究对象 ,比较了 CF和 DF群落的土壤微生物及其主要几种生理类群的数量分布和土壤主要化学性质的差异 .研究结果表明 :DF群落由于受人为的干扰破坏 ,土壤主要养分含量呈明显下降 .对土壤微生物区系研究表明 :CF群落的土壤微生物总数、细菌数量以及主要几种微生物生理类群的数量均明显高于 DF群落 .而真菌和放线菌的数量分布则以DF群落中数量较多 ,且占土壤微生物总量的比值也较大 . DF群落根际和非根际土壤中 3大类微生物及生理类群数量分布发生的变化 ,指示了土壤性质恶化的动态变化 .研究结果为揭示森林生态系统土壤性质退化机理、找出防治的技术途径 ,恢复生物物种的多样性 ,提供科学依据

Studies on Soil Microbiological Characteristics of Evergreen Broad-leaved Forest in Northern Fujian Province

Abstract:Two types of evergreen broad leaved forest were selected as study object, one type is in Wanmulin Nature Reserve, Jian'ou city, where typical evergreen broad leaved forest have been conserved about 600 years ( conserved forest, CF).Another type is in Yuankeng town, Shunchang county, which is the degraded forest (degraded forest, DF) caused by human disturbance (from 1950') .The difference of quantitative distribution of soil microbes, several main microbial physiological groups and main soil chemical properties were compared. The results showed that the essential nutrient contents of soil declined remarkably in DF communities. The results of soil micro flora showed that the total of soil microorganisms and the quantity of bacteria and several main microbial physiological groups in CF communities were obviously greater than those in DF communities. However, the number of soil fungi and actinomycetes were more abundant in DF communities. The amount variation of the three types of microorganism and its main microbial physiological groups in rhizosphere soil and non rhizosphere soil in DF communities indicates the dynamic process of soil degradation. The results provided scientific evidences for revealing mechanism of soil degradation, restoring species diversity, and finding out technique ways of prevention.
