| 摘 要： | 当今西方国家银企关系最为典型的是美国的市场主导型融资制度下形成的松散型银企关系,日本的银行主导型融资制度下形成的紧密型银企关系,它们都与特定的经济环境相联系。在目前世界经济一体化、全球化以及地区经济集团化的趋势下,银企关系制度的市场性特征更加突出,市场化趋向成为主流。

| Abstract: | Until now, there have existed two kinds of typical relations between bank & enterprise in the west, they are as following, the loose one formed under American market - oriented financing system, and the close one formed under Japanese bank-oriented system. Both of them are connected with specific economical circumstances. Under the prevailing trend of the world economy integration, globalization and the regional economy group-centered, the system of relations between bank & enterprise is more obviously characterized by the market-oriented, and the trend of market - oriented is becoming the main stream. |
