| 摘 要： | 对金华佛手品系进行了生物学表型特性观察、生理学指标测定和RAPD分析。描述了3个类型的表型和生理学差异,分析了3个类型的遗传差异及稳定性,在此基础上把它们划分为3个类型,并考虑了各自的表型特征、产地历史文化背景和商业品性予以定名。

| Abstract: | Jinhua fingered citron has a grown history more than 400 years, and has possessed some spontaneous mutations. Based on the observation of its biological traits, phytophysiological indexes, and the RAPD analysis the strains of Jinhua fingered citron (Citrus medica var. sarcodactylis Swingle) could be classified into 3 types. Their phenotypes, molecular genetic diversities, and phytophysiological differences are described. |
