河西灌区持续林业测度指标体系

摘    要:根据河西灌区持续林业在绿洲社会可持续发展中的生态功能、社会功能、经济功能几个方面的作用以及持续林业发展的政策保障能力和技术保障能力 ,构建了持续林业测度的指标体系。对河西走廊中部张掖地区的验证结果表明 ,该地区持续林业的发展力指数A =0 .6 5 5 ,为弱可持续发展。测度结果符合当地林业的发展状况 ,表明该指标体系的建立从总体上反映了河西灌区的社会经济特点和林业发展的实际情况 ,可以应用于干旱荒漠绿洲持续林业的测度与评价

Abstract:The authors constructed a multi-indicators system for measuring sustainable forestry in Hexi irrigated area. The testing results showed that the development index of sustainable forestry was 0.655, a weakly sustainable level, that is to say, it is sustainable, but not very strong. The measuring conclusion is approximately suitable for the state and condition of the local forestry development, and it also indicated that the indicators system is practicable and can be used in the measuring of sustainable forestry in arid desert-oases.
