摘    要: 以我国15个省区23个不同居群半夏为研究对象,探讨了半夏在分子水平上的遗传多样性。研究结果表明:在24条引物中筛选出4条引物,经过PCR扩增共得到32条扩增带,其中28条表现为多态性条带,多态性变异率为87.4%。在23组不同材料之间多态性变异率最高的是I组的DNA,为73.7%;最低的是L 1组的DNA,变异率为18.2%;平均为44.0%。不论是居群间还是居群内,变异程度都较大。

Abstract:To study the genetic diversity of the germplasm resources of Pinellia ternata on molecular level,23 populations of P.ternata(Thunb.) Breit from 15 different provinces of China were analyzed by RAPD and cluster analysis.The result showed that of 24 primers,4 were selected to amplify about 32 segments of DNA.Among them,28 segments of DNA represented the genetic diversity of P.ternata.The highest genetic variability was 73.7% in population I,the lowest genetic variability was 18.2% in L1 of 77 materials of P.ternata.According to RAPD analysis,77 materials of Pinellia ternata showed great genetic diversity.
