摘    要:为探讨不同粒度的物料对混合均匀度、混合时间、卸料时间、留存量及机内“死区”的影响,本文用甲基紫法,通过采用3种不同粗细玉米粉作试料,对卧式螺旋环带型混合机机进行了试验研究。结果表明,在一定的粒度范围内,混合均匀度受物粒粒度的影响不大,在转速n=400rpm,混合2分钟皆可使变异系数CV小于5%,随着物料粒度的增在,最佳混合时间、卸料时间和留存量均明显减小,过度混合的分离现象也就越严重。此外,还发现混合细料时机内有“死区”存在。

Abstract:The horizontal and spirally ribboning type mixer was tested for studying effects of ingredient particle sizes on mixing uniformity, mixing time(t), emptying time, remains and "dead space" in the mixer. The method of methyl violet was used to examine three batches of maize meal in different particles. The results showed that ingredient particle sizes had little effect on mixing uniformity in these particle sizes. When n=40 r/min, t=2min, each coefficient of variation was below 5%. As the particle size was increased, the optimum mixing and emptying time and remains were greatly decreased, and the separation degree of over-mixing was higher. The results also presented that there was "dead space" in the mixer during mixing fine ingredint.
