| Abstract: | The status of carrying out Xinghuo plan and the achievement of Sannong serving project during the tenth five-year plan period in Fujian Province were reviewed. The development directions and managing strategies of Xinghuo plan during the eleventh five-year plan period were suggested in detail in this paper. |
