摘    要:对优质抗辣椒疫病品种海丰Zt-277、特大汤椒二号F1和感辣椒疫病品种天骄2号进行辣椒疫霉菌接种,测定了辣椒叶片中与抗病性相关的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化,结果表明,接种与未接种相比,抗病品种叶片中SOD,POD活性提高幅度要低于感病品种,MDA的含量提高幅度要高于感病品种.但不论辣椒疲霉菌接种与否,抗病品种辣椒叶片中SOD、POD活性高于感病品种;感病品种辣椒叶片中MDA含量高于抗病品种.
