摘    要:以从牛蒡根中提取的牛蒡果寡糖作为饲料添加剂,探讨其对绵羊生产性能和氮平衡的影响。选用3-4月龄体况良好,体重32 kg道赛特和小尾寒羊 F2代杂交公羔40只随机分为4组,分别饲喂4种添加不同剂量牛蒡果寡糖(分别为0、3.2、6.4、9.6 g/d)的日粮。试验结果表明,添加牛蒡果寡糖对绵羊生产性能及氮平衡未产生显著影响(P>0.05),但与对照组相比,试验组表现出提高日增重、饲料报酬和减少氮出量、提高氮消化率及利用率的趋势。当牛蒡果寡糖添加量为9.6 g/d时,生产性能及氮平衡表现最佳。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to examine the effects of Burdock fructo- oligosaccharide(BFOS) as additives on performance and nitrogen balance after it added to the sheep basal diet.40 Small Tail Han sheep and Poll Dorset F2 Hybrids,3~4-month-old male lamp with an initial weight of 32 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,which were dose BFOS of 0、3.2、6.4、9.6g/d diet respectively.The results showed that: performance and N balance in sheep was not obviously affected by BFOS supplementation(P〉0.05).However, Compared to the control treatment,Sheep fed BFOS tended to improve performance(such as daily gain,feed conversion etc) and N utilization,decrease N excretion.The addition level was 9.6g/d,it could improve performance and nitrogen balance in sheep.
