木荷种子贮藏方法试验初报

摘    要:对木荷种子进行低温冷藏和常温贮藏试验。结果表明:低温冷藏7个月、常温贮藏8个月的种子发芽率分别为20.8%和3.8%,t检验结果为两种处理的木荷种子发芽率差异极显著。说明不同的贮藏方法对木荷种子的发芽有显著的影响。

Abstract:We have made a test on low-temperature cold storage and normal-temperature storage of Schima superba Gardn. et Champ. seeds. The result shows there is a remarkable difference in the germinating rate between the S. superba seeds treated by two different ways. Those stored in low temperature for 7 months and those stored in normal temperature for 8 months will have a germinating rate of 20.8% and 3.8% respectively. Through t-test it makes out that the difference between their germinative capacity is striking and the difference is caused by different storage methods.
