| 摘 要： | 分析目前以目测为主的云观测中存在的问题,指出观测人员要从掌握云的观测基本要领入手,结合卫星云图以及雷达回波图像,深入学习云的基本理论,并结合本地区地方性云特点等方面,增加主观判断的科学依据,提高云的观测质量。

| Abstract: | Because of the cloud is observed with eyes primarily, the observer needs to grasp the basic point of the cloud observation, combine with satellite images, as well as the radar images, study the elementary theory of the cloud thoroughly, and unify aspects and so on this local cloud characteristic, increase the scientific basis of the subjective judgment and improve the quality of cloud observation. |
