甘蓝型油菜苗期不同部位叶含氮量差异的研究

摘    要:通过施氮(N)处理试验,研究了甘蓝型杂交油菜宁杂1号苗期不同叶片的N素含量变化,结果表明:(1)不同叶位的叶片含N率随叶位上升而逐渐提高。(2)苗期植株体内的N素总量主要分布于中部3片叶,并集中于叶片,叶柄含N率较低。(3)单位叶面积含N率以倒数第2展开叶最高,衰老叶片只有正常叶片的1/3左右。(4)增施N肥能明显提高各叶位叶片的含N率、N素总量以及单位叶面积含N率,特别对叶片的作用较大。

Abstract:The trials were carried out through N application. The N content of different leaves of Ningza No.1 ( B.napus L.) were measured. The results were as follows: (1) The N content of leaves were increased as the leaf order raised. (2) The N amount of rape seedling mainly distributed in middle 3 leaves, especially in leaf blades. (3) The N content per unit leaf area was the highest in the second leaf count backwards, and that of decrepit leaf was about the 1/3 of the normal leaf. (4) The N application could increase the N content, N amount and N content per unit leaf area of all leaves, especially the leaf blades.
