| 摘 要： | 通过比较消毒时间、外植体来源、激素组合等因素的因素，建立了适于生产上应用的无蔓一号南瓜种苗组培快繁技术。试验结果表明：无蔓一号南瓜最佳的消毒方法为70％乙醇表面消毒30s，然后HgCl2消毒15min；顶芽的芽诱导率比子叶高；适于试管苗生长的培养基为2／3MS＋BA0.5mg/L，月增殖系数为3.3。1／2MS对无蔓一号南瓜不定根的形成效果最好。

| Abstract: | The effects of sterilization time,explant,hormone on melon tissue culture were studied and the technique of melon propagation by tissue culture was set up with Cucurbita moschata (Duch) Poir. Wuman No.1 as the material. The results showed as follows. The best sterilization time was 30 s with 70 % ethanol firstly,then 15 min with mercuric chloride as antiseptics.The induced rate of stem was higher than that of cotyledon,the best medium suited for plantlet growth was 2/3 MS+BA 0 5 mg/L and its propagation coefficient was 3 3 The effect of 1/2 MS on plantlet rooting was the best |
