台湾金线莲组培苗生根培养研究

摘    要:应用正交试验设计L9(34)对台湾金线莲组培苗的生根培养基进行了优化试验,结果表明:基本培养基、生长素(IBA和NAA)、活性炭(AC)对金线莲的生根诱导培养均有重要的影响,金线莲组培苗的最适生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA1.5 mg.L-1+NAA 1.5 mg.L-1,生根率可达92.53%。

Abstract:Anoectochilus formosanus cultural seedling rooting culture optimal culture medium were studied with orthogonal experimental design L9(34), the results showed the rooting effect was optimal with inducement of 1/2MS+IBA 1.5 mg·L-1+NAA 1.5 mg·L-1,the rooting rate reached 92.53%.
