摘    要:本文从提高中、小型养殖场的效益,节省人工出发,改良其混合工序,利用工程设计原理研制了饲料搅拌机,在确定总计设计思路和工作原理后,进行了总装设计和关键部件的设计,最后通过试验验证了研发出的饲料搅拌机的适用性:在搅拌时间为100秒时,混合料均匀度变异系数CV(经专业鉴定机构检测)为7%。本次饲料搅拌机的成功研制可提高中、小型养殖场经济效益,对促进农业现代化发展有显著功效。

Development of Feed Mixe

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of medium and small farms and save labor, this paper improved the mixing process, and developed a feed mixer based on the engineering design principle. After determining the total design idea and working principle, the general assembly design and the design of key components were carried out. Finally, the applicability of the developed feed mixer was verified through test: when the mixing time was 100 seconds, The variation coefficient CV of mixture evenness (tested by a professional appraisal agency) is 7%. The successful development of the feed mixer can improve the economic benefits of medium and small farms, and has a significant effect on promoting the development of agricultural modernization.
