摘    要:马铃薯是重要的旱粮作物,对于保障粮食安全具有积极作用,在其生产过程中,机械化收获是促进高效生产的关键环节。目前,马铃薯机械化收获过程中会造成薯块损伤,进而容易引起薯块腐烂,影响整体品质和产量,在一定程度上限制了马铃薯机械化收获技术的推广应用。阐述了国内外马铃薯收获装备研究状况,探讨分析防缠绕、挖掘、薯土分离、集薯等收获技术及其过程中存在的马铃薯机械损伤情况,以期提高马铃薯机收效果。

Abstract:Potato is an important dry grain crop, which plays a positive role in ensuring food security. In its production process, mechanized harvesting is the key link to promote efficient production. At present, potato chips will be damaged in the process of mechanized potato harvesting, which is easy to cause potato chips to rot, affecting the overall quality and yield, and limiting the popularization and application of potato mechanized harvesting technology to a certain extent. This paper expounds the research status of potato harvesting equipment at home and abroad, and probes into and analyzes some harvesting techniques such as anti-entanglement, excavation, potato-soil separation, potato-collecting, etc. , in order to improve the effect of potato machine.
