不同加工处理饲粮对绵羊反刍和瘤胃内环境的影响

选用3只身体健康并安装永久瘤胃瘘管的杂种羯羊,采用3×3无重复拉丁方设计,研究了不同方法加工处理饲粮对绵羊反刍和瘤胃内环境的影响。结果表明:饲粮的加工处理方法,对试羊的采食行为和反刍有显著影响(P<0.05);不同方法加工处理饲粮只对绵羊瘤胃液尿素氮有显著影响(P<0.05),不同处理间绵羊瘤胃液pH值、氨氮、蛋白氮都没有显著差异(P>0.05);分析各项指标,未粉碎精料+铡短粗料组的效果较好,证明用整粒谷实直接饲喂绵羊是可行的。

Effects of different processed diets on rumination and metabolic parameters of rumen fluid in sheep

Three crossbred wethers fitted with permanent rumen fistula were chosen to measure the effects of different processed diet on rumination and metabolic parameters of rumen fluid in sheep. The results showed that: 1.the eating behaviour and rumination of sheep were affected significantly by different processed ways of diets(P<0.05); 2. the urea nitrogen in rumen fluid were affected significantly by different processed diet(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in pH, ammonia nitrogen and protein nitrogen in rumen fluid(P>0.05); 3.there were better effectiveness in the group of no ground concentration, and sheep could be fed with no ground concentration.
